How do I get a quote or make a booking? ( Top )
Getting a quote or making a booking request couldn't be easier. You have 3 easy options:

How do I meet my Driver at the Airport? ( Top )
Our driver will meet you at the customs exit inside your arrival terminal. The driver will be holding a name board clearly displaying the booking contact name. You will then be escorted to a conveniently parked vehicle and driven to your destination.
What happens if my flight arrives late? ( Top )
Our standard procedure involves monitoring all flight arrival times. Regardless of late or even early arrival, your driver will be there!
Is there an extra charge for waiting time? ( Top )
All of our quotes include up to 30 minutes waiting time, in respect of an Airport meeting calculated from actual flight landing time. After 30 minutes an excess charge of £15.00 per hour (25p per minute).
How long will the Driver wait for me? ( Top )
In relation to an Airport meeting, once the allotted 30 minutes waiting time has expired, your Driver will make extensive enquiries at the Airport (with Customs; your Airline; Airport information's paging system) before referring back to our office where further inquiries will be made. Only then will the Driver be authorized to leave the terminal.
How do I pay for my journey? ( Top )
There are 3 simple ways of paying for your journey. You can pay by:
1. Cash Sterling (£)
2. Visa, Master Card and Maestro in advance, subject to an 3% handling fee.
3. Cheques are accepted with a cheque guarantee card.
Must all bookings be made in advance? ( Top )
It is advisable that bookings are made at least 24 hours before your journey. Although last minute bookings can be accommodated.

Do you arrange other transfers apart from airport trips? ( Top )
Yes, we can arrange weddings, shopping trips, sightseeing tours, transport for a series of business visits and meetings. We provide prestige vehicles from executive saloons and MPV's for individual journeys or on an hourly or daily rate basis - at VERY competitive rates!
